Target Background
Function
This antibody targets a transcription factor that binds to both the embryo specification element and the abscisic acid-responsive element (ABRE) within the Dc3 gene promoter, as well as the ABRE of the Em1 gene promoter. It is believed to play a role in abscisic acid-regulated gene expression during seed development.
