Cxcl11 Antibody Pair
The Cxcl11 Antibody Pair is designed to detect the Cxcl11 protein in the S-ELISA application. The Cxcl11 protein plays a crucial role in immune response and acts as a chemoattractant for lymphocytes. This Antibody Pair is reactive to species including rat, mouse, and pig.
It offers two liquid antibodies, the capture antibody CSB-EAP09289C, and the detection antibody CSB-EAP09289D, which are both immunized with different mouse immunogens and expressed in rabbits. The detection antibody is labeled with biotin for detection purposes. This Antibody Pair contains enough reagents to cover at least 5 x 96 well plates when following the recommended protocol. Both antibodies are recommended at a concentration of 0.2ug/ml, and the final optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the researcher.
