Function
BLI Antibody is essential for normal leaf, flower, and seed development. It plays a crucial role in regulating cotyledon and leaf patterning by preventing premature differentiation. BLI Antibody controls the expression of specific PcG target genes, regulating the repression of floral-specific genes like PI, SEP2, and SEP3, while also activating FLC. Additionally, it is involved in the plant's response to cold temperatures. This antibody plays a role in regulating the expression of transcripts, including COR15A, COR15B, BAM3, and AMY3, and contributes to the regulation of ascorbate levels during prolonged chilling temperatures.
