Function
This antibody targets Obg-like ATPases, stimulating their GTPase/ATPase activities. It mediates the transient, calcium-dependent interaction of PYR/PYL/RCAR abscisic acid (ABA) receptors with the plasma membrane, thereby regulating ABA sensitivity. Furthermore, it binds to liposomes, even in the absence of exogenous Ca2+; however, this binding is significantly enhanced by the presence of Ca2+, leading to membrane curvature.
