Function
This antibody may form a stable complex with cyclin CYCH1-1, which in turn phosphorylates human CDK2 and the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II's large subunit.

Relevant Gene References:
- CDKD;1 and CDKD;3: These kinases phosphorylate and activate all core cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) – CDKA, CDKB1, and CDKB2 – thereby regulating cell cycle progression throughout plant development. (CDKD;3 specifically referenced in PMID: 25942995)
