Function
Daf-41 antibody is a co-chaperone for hsp90/daf-21. It plays a crucial role in regulating longevity, larval entry and exit from the dauer stage of development, and the response to environmental cues such as oxidative stress, in a temperature-dependent manner. Daf-41 antibody also participates in the inhibition of daf-16 and hsf-1 at elevated temperatures.
