Function
This antibody targets a component of the ESCRT-I complex (Endosomal Sorting Complex Required for Transport I). ESCRT-I is a regulator of vesicular trafficking, essential for sorting ubiquitinated cargo from endosomes into multivesicular bodies (MVBs). This protein may also influence nuclear division via the microtubule cytoskeleton.
