Function
Ena/VASP proteins are actin-associated proteins that play a crucial role in various processes involving cytoskeleton remodeling and cell polarity, such as axon guidance and lamellipodial and filopodial dynamics in migrating cells. EVL enhances actin nucleation and polymerization.
