This antibody targets a probable ATP-dependent zinc metallopeptidase implicated in the assembly and/or stability of mitochondrial respiratory complexes I and V. While involved in thermotolerance, it does not appear to be essential for high-light stress resistance or the assembly/stability of complexes I and V under those conditions.
