Function
This antibody targets GPAM, an enzyme that catalyzes the esterification of an acyl group from acyl-ACP to the sn-1 position of glycerol-3-phosphate. This is a critical step in the biosynthesis of glycerolipids, including triglycerides, phosphatidic acids, and lysophosphatidic acids.
