Function
HRD1B Antibody targets HRD1B, a protein that is a probable component of the HRD1 ubiquitin ligase complex. This complex mediates the rapid degradation of misfolded endoplasmic reticulum (ER) proteins, a process known as ER-associated degradation (ERAD). HRD1B specifically targets the misfolded LRR receptor kinase BRI1. It functions redundantly with HRD3A, indicating a cooperative role in ERAD.
