HRD3A Antibody is a component of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) quality control system known as ER-associated degradation (ERAD). It plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-dependent degradation of misfolded endoplasmic reticulum proteins. HRD3A functions as an ERAD substrate-recruiting factor, recognizing misfolded proteins for the HRD1 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. It specifically targets the misfolded LRR receptor kinase BRI1.
