The LAMA4 Antibody, HRP conjugated, is a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-linked antibody targeting the laminin alpha 4 subunit, a key component of laminin-411 (α4β1γ1). This glycoprotein plays roles in cell adhesion, vascular development, and extracellular matrix remodeling .
Western Blot (WB): Detects LAMA4 at 200–233 kDa in human placenta lysates .
Immunohistochemistry (IHC): Localizes LAMA4 in human placenta tissue (Golgi apparatus) and T98G glioblastoma cells (cytoplasm/cell surfaces) .
ELISA: Paired with capture antibodies for quantitative assays .
Cell Adhesion Assays: Neutralizes laminin-411-mediated adhesion in HT1080 cells (ND₅₀: 1.5–7.5 µg/mL) .
Flow-induced endothelial remodeling decreases LAMA4 abundance at lysine residues in the LG3–LG4 linker region, as shown by proteomic and immunofluorescence analysis .
