Function
The ND4L Antibody targets a core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I). This subunit is believed to be essential for the minimal assembly required for enzymatic activity. Complex I plays a crucial role in transferring electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. It is thought that ubiquinone acts as the immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme.
