Function
This antibody targets the core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I). This subunit is believed to be essential for the minimal assembly required for catalytic activity. Complex I plays a critical role in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. Ubiquinone is believed to be the immediate electron acceptor for this enzyme.
