Function
NUDT7 is an enzyme that mediates the hydrolysis of certain nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. It exhibits a preference for NADH and ADP-ribose as substrates, but does not hydrolyze 8-oxo-dGTP, cyclic ADP-ribose, GDP-manose, UDP-glucose, ATP, or GTP. Notably, NUDT7 plays a regulatory role in EDS1 signaling, exerting a negative control effect.
