Target Background

Function
This antibody targets a voltage-dependent, high-conductance channel exhibiting slight cation selectivity. The channel preferentially conducts amino acids but excludes triosephosphates and uncharged sugars. It functions as a non-essential amino acid-selective channel protein and translocation pore for NADPH:protochlorophyllide oxidoreductase A (PORA), and possibly PORB.
