Review: After dewaxing and rehydration, tissues were undergone to heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer pH 6.0. PCNA antibodies were diluted 1:100 and incubated with sections for 12 h at 4 C. DAKO Envision system was used for further reactions.
