Function
This antibody targets PLIM2B, a protein that binds to actin filaments, promoting their cross-linking into thick bundles. It exhibits actin-stabilizing activity. Importantly, its actin regulatory activities are inhibited at pH values above 6.8, but are independent of calcium ion concentration ([Ca2+]).
