Function
PMI2 Antibody is essential for the chloroplast avoidance response under high intensity blue light. This avoidance response involves the relocation of chloroplasts to the anticlinal side of exposed cells. PMI2 acts in conjunction with WEB1 to maintain the velocity of chloroplast photorelocation movement by regulating cp-actin filaments.
