Target Background
Function
A probable phosphatase regulating axon termination in ALM and PLM neurons, and synaptic branch extension and/or stabilization in PLM neurons. It plays a role in synapse formation in GABAergic DD motor neurons, likely through dephosphorylation of pmk-3. This negatively regulates a MAP kinase pathway involving dlk-1, mkk-4, and pmk-3.
