Product Background SHISA3(high)CLL are characterized by a restrained activation of Wnt signaling and sensibility to lenalidomide-induced apoptosis. SHISA3 promoter hypermethylation might increase the risk of LSCC through regulation of gene expression and is a potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for LSCC. Shisa3 is a novel tumor suppressor identified in lung cancer. SHISA3 gene is epigenetically inactivated in a substantial fraction of CRC, and its hypermethylation is of prognostic significance in predicting clinical outcome.
