Function
This antibody targets RALFL22, a cell signaling peptide implicated in the regulation of plant stress responses, growth, and development. RALFL22 mediates rapid extracellular alkalinization through a transient increase in cytoplasmic Ca²⁺ concentration. This triggers calcium-dependent signaling events via a cell surface receptor, subsequently activating intracellular mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs).
