SYC1 Antibody is a component of the cleavage and polyadenylation factor (CPF) complex. This complex plays a crucial role in polyadenylation-dependent pre-mRNA 3'-end formation. It collaborates with other cleavage factors, including the CFIA complex and NAB4/CFIB. SYC1 Antibody is also a component of the APT complex, which may be involved in polyadenylation-independent transcript 3'-end formation. This includes snoRNAs and snRNAs.
