Function
TLE3 is a transcriptional corepressor that interacts with various transcription factors. It plays a role in inhibiting transcriptional activation mediated by CTNNB1 and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The activity of full-length TLE family members can be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES.
