Target Background
Function
This antibody hydrolyzes trehalose-6-phosphate into glucose and glucose 6-phosphate. It also exhibits high efficiency in hydrolyzing p-nitrophenyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside. However, it does not recognize trehalose, sucrose, maltose, isomaltose, or maltodextrins.
