Function
This TSP-17 antibody protects dopaminergic neurons from oxidative stress-induced neurodegeneration. Its mechanism of action may involve the dopamine receptor dop-2, negatively regulating dopamine reuptake transporter dat-1 activity. Additionally, it modulates behaviors associated with dopamine signaling and offers whole-body protection against oxidative stress.
