Function
IFT-139 antibody is a component of the IFT complex A (IFT-A), which plays a crucial role in retrograde ciliary transport. It is believed to function redundantly with the intraflagellar transport protein IFT-43 in regulating the transport of specific ciliary cargo proteins, such as CHE-3, which are involved in motility. IFT-139 antibody is essential for cilia biogenesis.
