UGT79 Antibody is involved in the detoxification of the Fusarium mycotoxin deoxynivalenol. It functions by transferring glucose from UDP-D-glucose to the hydroxyl group at C-3 of deoxynivalenol, forming deoxynivalenol-3-O-beta-D-glucoside.
