ATP5D Antibody Pair
The ATP5D Antibody Pair is used in S-ELISA application to detect the ATP synthase subunit delta, a mitochondrial protein that plays a crucial role in the production of ATP. This antibody pair is reactive to a variety of species, including human, guinea pig, bovine, horse, pig, and goat. The ATP5D Antibody Pair consists of two antibodies, the capture antibody CSB-EAP00635C and the detection antibody CSB-EAP00635D.
Both antibodies are produced in rabbits and are in liquid form, with the detection antibody labeled with biotin for detection. The recommended concentration for the capture antibody is 0.5ug/ml, and the recommended concentration for the detection antibody is 0.25ug/ml. The optimal antibody dilution ratio may differ from the recommended ratio, depending on the specific experiment. This Antibody Pair contains enough reagents to cover at least 5 x 96 well plates when following the recommended protocol.
